Personalized one-on-one cooking with the chef! Bring your ideas and Chef Christina will customize a game-plan to suit your needs. Your lesson can be a three course meal, or you can focus on a particular topic such as pasta making, versatile sauces, grilling or baking. Christina provides detailed recipes, fresh groceries, kitchen equipment and aprons. Your chef handles the planning, shopping, instruction and clean up! Lessons are approximately 2 ½ - 3 hours. Where is the Lesson held? Enjoy private instruction in the convenience of your own kitchen. Short on space? You can schedule your lesson in the chef’s kitchen.
