How the Chef Service Works



  • We talk about your personal goals for using my service.  You might be
                         working to lose weight, have more energy, or just make more time for yourself.

  • Together we determine which service best fits your needs.  You determine
                         the number of meals I prepare, as well as how frequently I will cook for you.  

  • Based on our consultation, I prepare a customized menu for your approval.     



  •  I shop for all the fresh groceries needed to prepare your meals.  
  •  I bring my own cooking equipment and utensils to your kitchen.
  •  I prepare several servings of 4-6 different entrees and accompanying side dishes.  
  •  Meals are neatly packaged and labeled in freezer-to-oven or microwave containers.  
  •  The menu and a set of easy reheating instructions are left on the counter top.  
  •  You come home to a clean kitchen and the aroma of home cooking in the air!
  •  Serve up dinner!    All you have to do is Clean Your Plate!

Before Cooking

    Clean Your Plate emphasizes using seasonal, organic produce whenever possible.  
    Chef Christina attributes her connections with great farmer’s markets, fish mongers,
    butchers, bakers and other food purveyors to make her final dishes successful.  

    You can enjoy down home comfort food, international cuisine and everything in between.  
    Whether a strict vegetarian or meat loving carnivore, Christina can put a healthful
    spin on any dish!
