    This Chef’s Unique Philosophy
I love food from various cuisines.  I come from an Asian heritage and a southern
United States upbringing that focused on comfort foods that weren’t necessarily
good for you.  Admittedly, I love to dine out, and I’m more likely to have dessert than
pass on it.  In the end, it’s about making smart choices and moderation.

Christina comes from a family of accomplished home cooks.  Most training has been
field taught, working for restaurants in the Midwest.  She’s had additional training from
the Culinary Business Academy for personal chefs, as well as professionals at the
Restaurant School of Philadelphia and the Institute for Culinary Education in
New York City.  She continues to educate herself on the latest techniques while
    incorporating a healthy lifestyle.

Christina is a ServSafe® certified safe food handler, fully insured, and a premiere
member of the United States Personal Chef Association.  In addition, Christina is an
active member of EWomen Network and donates her time to various local charities,
including the Twilight Wish Foundation and Manna of Pennsylvania.

A teacher at heart, she loves educating others showcasing cooking techniques and
world cuisine, as in her entertaining cooking classes at Williams Sonoma in Ardmore
and Foster's Homeware in Center City.  She has guest lectured at the Art Institute of
Philadelphia in their culinary program.  Christina has been featured in the Philadelphia
Daily News and radio and podcasts.  She continues to make appearances in local
media, including CBS news, CN8 news and NBC 10.  She will be featured cooking a
dinner party for 8 on the Fine Living Channel this winter.
